Acceptance and Applicability of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the rich1988 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the rich1988 platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors without an account, registered members, and any individual who accesses the platform via links, mobile applications or third-party websites that contain links to rich1988.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published is considered acceptance of the amended terms. rich1988 will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via a notice on the platform or by email to registered users.

Account Eligibility and Registration

Use of the rich1988 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• A resident or citizen of Malaysia with lawful access to the internet.
• Not on a self-exclusion list enforced by rich1988 or any relevant regulatory body.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using false personal information.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on rich1988. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in all related accounts being suspended or terminated, including any unclaimed balances or bonuses.

During registration, you are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, complete and current. rich1988 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your national identity card (MyKad) or Malaysian passport at any time, as part of the account verification process.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on rich1988 are processed through payment methods officially listed on the platform. The minimum limits and general transaction conditions are as follows:

All withdrawal requests must be submitted using the same payment method as the deposit method. This is part of the standard security measures to prevent money laundering and to protect user interests. rich1988 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party technical issues such as bank system failures or e-wallet provider outages.

Withdrawals will be processed once all wagering requirements related to any active bonus have been fully met. Withdrawal requests submitted while wagering requirements are still outstanding will be automatically declined.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

rich1988 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members. All such offers are subject to specific conditions that must be met before bonus winnings can be claimed or withdrawn.

The welcome bonus for new members is a 100% first deposit match up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.

Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users and cannot be directly exchanged for cash. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including placing opposing bets (hedging) or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and potential account closure.

Account Responsibilities and Security

Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in their rich1988 account, including any transactions, bets or changes to information carried out whether by the user themselves or by an unauthorised party. rich1988 advises users to:

• Use a strong and unique password for their rich1988 account.
• Not share login information with any other party.
• Log out of the account every time a shared device is used.
• Report to the support team if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

If a user suspects their account has been compromised, they should immediately contact our 24/7 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will take the appropriate steps to protect the account as soon as the report is received and verified.

Prohibited Conduct

rich1988 users are prohibited from doing the following while using the platform:

• Using automation software, bots or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage in games.

• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, bug or error in the system with the intent of gaining an advantage.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate disciplinary action, including temporary suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities if necessary.

rich1988 Liability Limits

rich1988 provides an online gambling platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely at all times, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, failures, or other issues beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, rich1988 shall not be liable for:

Account Closure and Suspension

rich1988 also offers a self-exclusion option for users who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from using the platform. Users who choose self-exclusion will not be permitted to register a new account during the chosen exclusion period.
