rich1988 VIP Rewards Programme
The more you play, the higher your VIP tier — and the more weekly cashback you receive.
How Do You Move Up the VIP Tiers?
Your VIP journey starts at the Bronze tier as soon as you make your first deposit. The more actively you bet across slots, live casino and sports, the faster you will be upgraded to the next level. Each upgrade unlocks a higher weekly cashback rate — money returned directly to your account balance every week.
There is no complicated formula here. The rich1988 team monitors your account activity regularly and upgrades happen automatically. Diamond players enjoy weekly cashback of up to 1.0% — a benefit that grows with every bet you place.

Coming from Another Platform? We Make the Switch Easy
Your previous VIP tier reviewed — show us your tier record from your previous platform and we will assess a suitable transfer within the rich1988 VIP system.
Full first deposit bonus — the 100% bonus up to RM1,000 (wagering requirement 15x the bonus amount) still applies to your first deposit.
Dedicated transfer assistance — our 24/7 live chat team will guide you through every step, from account setup to tier verification.
The switch is straightforward: contact our support team, share a screenshot of your VIP level from your previous platform, and our team will process your tier review. Once verified, your new rich1988 account will start at a matching VIP level. Contact our 24/7 support team via live chat to begin the transfer process — or go ahead and log in here.
100% First Deposit Bonus up to RM1,000
Every new rich1988 member is eligible for a welcome bonus that doubles their first deposit — up to a maximum of RM1,000. This means if you deposit RM100, your account balance immediately becomes RM200 to start playing.
The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Simple example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. Once this requirement is met, bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Long-Term Rewards for Loyal Members
Your loyalty is valued — not just when you sign up, but throughout your time with rich1988.
Birthday Reward
Every active rich1988 member receives a special reward on their birthday. The value of this reward grows with your VIP tier — Diamond members enjoy a much higher reward compared to Bronze members.
Make sure your date of birth is up to date in your account profile so the reward is sent on time.
Refer a Friend, Get Rewarded
Every rich1988 member gets a unique referral code to share with friends. When your friend signs up using that code and makes their first deposit, both parties will receive a reward.
There is no limit to how many friends you can refer — the more people you introduce, the more you get back.
Game Studio Variety at rich1988
A modern online casino platform brings together different types of studios to offer players a varied experience.
Premium Slot Studios
Companies that produce video slots with cinematic graphics, Megaways mechanics, cluster pays and buy-bonus features. Some titles offer high RTP and varying levels of volatility.
Live Dealer Studios
Operators that stream professional dealers from licensed studios in Eastern Europe and Asia, bringing Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and Sic Bo in high-quality live broadcasts.
Asia-Focused Studios
Providers that specialise in Asian-themed slots, fishing games, and culturally relevant titles that are highly popular among Southeast Asian players, including the Malaysian community.
Crash and Instant Game Studios
Newer providers offering fast-round games with provably fair mechanics — allowing players to independently verify the fairness of each round.
Protect Your rich1988 Account
Account security is a shared responsibility. Follow these simple steps to stay safe.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Add a second layer of security to your account. Even if your password is exposed, a third party cannot log in without the verification code from your device.
Never Share Your OTP
OTP codes are for your use only. Genuine rich1988 support staff will never ask for your OTP, password or full account details.
Check the Domain Before Logging In
Always make sure you are on the official rich1988.run domain. Be cautious of fake websites that use similar-looking spellings to deceive players.
Use a Strong Password
Choose a unique password that you do not use for any other account. A mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols makes a password harder to guess.
Log Out on Shared Devices
If you are using a friend's phone or computer, always log out of your account when you are done. Do not save your password on shared devices.
Contact Support Through Official Channels
Only use the live chat on the website or the official email to reach the support team. Do not trust individuals who claim to represent rich1988 on external platforms.
Glossary of Betting and Casino Terms
Understand key terms before you start playing — a quick reference guide for new and experienced players.
Asian Handicap
A football betting method specific to Asia that eliminates the possibility of a draw by giving a goal advantage to the weaker team. Only two outcomes are possible — win or lose.
Over/Under (Totals)
A bet on whether the combined total score of both teams goes above or falls below a number set by the operator. It does not matter which team wins the match.
Odds Format
Odds can be displayed in three main formats: decimal (e.g. 2.50), fractional (e.g. 3/2) and American (e.g. +150). All of them represent the same return — only the way they are expressed differs.
RTP (Return to Player)
A percentage that shows the average long-term return for every RM100 wagered in a slot or casino game. RTP is calculated based on millions of rounds, not a single session.
House Edge
The natural mathematical advantage that the casino holds in every game. The lower the house edge, the better the overall odds are for the player.
Wagering Requirement
The betting requirement that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. At rich1988, the wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the total bonus received.
Live Dealer Casino
Casino games that use real dealers streamed live from a studio. Players interact in real time through an interface that replicates the feel of a physical casino.
Slot Volatility
A measure of slot risk: high volatility means wins are rare but large; low volatility delivers more frequent wins but in smaller amounts. Choose based on your playing style.
Progressive Jackpot
A jackpot that grows every time the game is played by anyone on the network. The jackpot pool is built from a small contribution taken from each bet placed.
Cashback
A portion of your net losses returned to you as a reward by the casino. At rich1988, weekly cashback is paid according to VIP tier, from 0.2% (Bronze) to 1.0% (Diamond).
Mix Parlay
A combined bet where several matches are grouped into a single ticket. All selections must be correct to win — the risk is higher but multiplied returns are possible.
Provably Fair
A system that allows players to independently verify that game results are random and have not been manipulated. Commonly used in crash games and instant games.
24/7 Support in Bahasa Melayu
The rich1988 customer service team is ready to help you at any time — day or night. We understand that account issues, deposit enquiries or technical problems do not wait for office hours. That is why we provide full support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Reach us through two main channels: live chat on the website for an immediate response, or email for enquiries that require documentation or screenshots. Both channels operate in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Follow the Malaysia Super League and Global Sports
rich1988 offers a wide range of sports betting markets — from Malaysia Super League football matches to the EPL, La Liga and Champions League. Malaysian players can also bet on badminton, esports, boxing and many more local and international sports.
Mix parlay, Asian Handicap, Over/Under and various in-play betting markets are available, letting you place bets while a match is in progress during a live broadcast.

For fast-paced gameplay, Aviator from Spribe offers a completely different crash game experience.
